WHAT TO DO PURCHASE 4
- We complete the purchase by sending the balance
of your purchase monies to the Sellers' Solicitors.
- We ask the sellers' solicitors to authorise
the release of keys to enable you to move in.
- We receive the Transfer and Title Deeds and
proceed to deal with payment of Stamp Duty to the
Inland Revenue and subsequently to register your
Title at the Land Registry.
- Once the registration formalities have been
completed we either provide you with the Title
Deeds or send them to your Building Society if
there is a mortgage.
