WHAT TO DO PURCHASE 3
- Once we have considered all of the documentation
and have received satisfactory replies to enquiries
and search results we report to you with a full
and comprehensive Contract Report.
- You return the Contract to us duly signed together
with a deposit cheque and we discuss the completion
date that you would like us to aim for.
- We agree a completion date with the Sellers'
Solicitors and exchange Contracts which creates
a legally binding document.
- You sign the Mortgage Deed (if applicable).
- We apply to your Building Society for the Mortgage
advance (if applicable)
- We submit the final searches to the Land Registry.
