buyer. It comprises:

accredited assessor which provides details of the property’s
energy efficiency and carbon footprint.
- Sale Statement (giving a brief description of the
property and details of the owner(s) names).
- Sale Statement (giving a brief description of the
property and details of the owner(s) names).
- Sale Statement (giving a brief description of the
property and details of the owner(s) names).Local Authority
and Drainage Searches.
- For Leasehold Properties in addition an Official
Copy of the Lease is required
