By working with Get Moving you have the freedom
and flexibility to choose the right Estate Agent to market
your home. If you decide to change agent later, your
HIP is your property and you take it with you.
Get Moving makes no extra legal or administrative
charges for preparing your HIP, if we act on your behalf
for the home sale. If you decide to use another conveyancing
solicitor we ask you to pay an additional £150
plus VAT to cover the costs of preparing your HIP. |
